Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-17-draft

These terms explain what Glaamora provides, what salons agree to when they use it, and what happens to their data and subscription. By creating a salon you accept them.

1. Who these terms are between

Glaamora is software for running a salon: a website, bookings, invoices, staff, attendance and reports. These terms are an agreement between Glaamora and the business that creates a salon account (“the salon”), accepted by the person who signs up on the salon's behalf.

People who book or buy from a salon through its Glaamora website (“customers”) deal with the salon, not with Glaamora. The salon sets its own prices, services and policies and is responsible for them.

2. Your account

  • You must give a real email address you control, and keep your password to yourself.
  • The salon's owner decides who else may sign in and what each person can see and do, including which branches they work in. The salon is responsible for everything done from its accounts.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone has got into your account.

3. Free trial, plans and payment

A new salon gets a 14-day free trial. After that, the salon pays for the plan it chooses, in advance, each month or year as shown on the pricing page. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include any VAT shown on the invoice.

Each plan has limits — for example the number of staff, attendance terminals, branches and invoices a month — and some features are only in some plans. If a salon moves to a plan with lower limits, nothing is deleted: anything over the new limit becomes read-only after a grace period until the salon upgrades or chooses what to keep.

If a payment fails or a plan runs out, the salon keeps read access to its data for a period we will tell it about by email before anything further happens.

4. Your data

The salon owns the information it puts into Glaamora — its customers, bookings, invoices, staff records and photos. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Each salon's data is kept separate from every other salon's. The owner can export the salon's data at any time. If a salon closes its account, its data is kept for a period so a mistake can be undone, and then permanently deleted, including backups once they expire.

5. Acceptable use

  • Use Glaamora only for a real salon or beauty business and within the law of Bangladesh.
  • Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, or anything unlawful or abusive.
  • Do not send customers messages they have not agreed to receive, try to get into another salon's data, or put unreasonable load on the service.
  • Only connect a domain name that belongs to your salon.

6. The service

We work to keep Glaamora available and take daily backups, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features; we will give notice before removing something a salon relies on.

The AI assistant, where included, gives suggestions that can be wrong. Check anything important before acting on it.

7. Liability

As far as the law allows, Glaamora is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability to a salon in any twelve months is limited to what the salon paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Ending the agreement

A salon can cancel at any time from its subscription settings; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and will explain why unless the law prevents it.

9. Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell salon owners by email and in the dashboard before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
